We are seeking a professional and passionate Cooks to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. This role requires adherence to food safety standards, and the ability to work collaboratively with other kitchen staff. Successful candidates will be organized, self-motivated, and have problem-solving abilities.

Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menus.
• Maintain a clean work station area, including kitchen equipment, tables, and shelves
• Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and timely service.
• Maintain equipment and kitchen tools, ensuring they are clean and in good working condition.
• Ensure quality and freshness of ingredients and products
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
• MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION!

Experience

• Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar role for at least 3 years within the food service industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling is essential.
• Culinary training or certification is a plus but not required; passion for cooking is key.
• Experience in fine dining or high-volume kitchens will be advantageous.
