From commercial office space and manufacturing to multi-site retail portfolios, we manage and support over 1 billion square feet of facilities space for the nation’s leading organizations. We provide comprehensive facility services ranging from mechanical maintenance and self-performed, site-based operations to energy-efficiency upgrades and supplier-managed interior/exterior maintenance.
Plan and schedule daily and long-term work for site-based facility maintenance team using CMMS and associated software programs. Perform administrative duties as assigned by the Facility Manager.
Receives and schedules work orders from Regional Coordinators or on-site personnel, enters missing data and/or modifies as necessary to ensure correctness.
Creates schedule and dispatches to applicable team member on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Generates and dispatches weekly and monthly PM’s, tracks progress throughout the month to ensure compliance.
Interfaces with customer as necessary to clarify the scope of work requested, follows up with status as required.
Maintains work order logs for monthly reports, making changes as necessary to ensure correctness.
Generates metrics (graphs, charts, spreadsheets, etc.) using applicable software as deemed necessary by the Facility Manager.
Processes daily time sheets for team and ensures correctness.
Assists in procuring material and services to include issuing and maintaining PO’s and invoices.
Schedules and maintains safety matrix for team members.
Maintains filing system ensuring proper record keeping.
Performs any other duties as deemed necessary by the Facility Manager, with potential overnight travel.
Education
Associate’s Degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 5 to 10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Business Experience
5+ years MEP and CMMS related work experience required
Licenses/Certifications
Valid Driver’s License required
Computer Skills
Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office, including proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Language Skills
English
Written and Oral Communication Skills
Ability to read and comprehend instructions including, but not limited to, safety policies and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in individual and small group situations. Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with both management and field level employees.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Moving mechanical parts and high, precarious places
Occasional exposure to:
- Fumes or airborne particles
- Toxic or caustic chemicals
- Risk of electrical shock and vibration
- Moderate to high noise levels
- Outdoor weather conditions (including extreme cold, extreme heat).
