About this job
Talent Marketing Manager
Develop and own full-funnel recruitment marketing strategies across assigned functions and geographies, applying candidate insights, market intelligence, and CDI/D4D methodologies to identify needs and build compelling value propositions.
Develop integrated, multi-channel campaigns end-to-end — from annual planning through execution and wrap-up — taking full accountability for performance against pipeline, MQL, and hiring goals. This is a W2 long term contract role that requires the employee to be on site 3 days a week in Mountain View, CA or San Francisco.
Build and drive long-term pipeline strategy for early-career and emerging AI talent segments, solving complex, ambiguous challenges with a multi-year lens and cross-functional impact.
Lead the Tech Stories Webinar program from content roadmap to execution, coaching owners, holding them accountable, and translating results into scalable improvements and future investment decisions.
Develop compelling, data-backed performance narratives that secure alignment and drive action with TA partners, hiring stakeholders, and senior leaders.
Use a range of experimentation methodologies to rapidly test candidate-backed hypotheses, iterating with velocity to identify opportunities and drive confident decisions across all workstreams.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of cultural dynamics across candidate audiences ensuring campaigns resonate with diverse talent segments.
Evaluate and apply AI tools and martech platforms to streamline workflows, improve campaign performance, and elevate the quality of candidate experiences within your areas of ownership.
Manage your own workload and deadlines independently across concurrent workstreams, bringing solutions rather than status updates and executing with a strong bias for action in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Contribute to COE work applying your expertise to shared team priorities with a solutions-first, cross-functional mindset.
