Customer Service Representative/Back-up Dispatcher - Full-time

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Back-up Dispatcher supporting our construction Start-up departments. We're looking for a customer focused, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping projects on track.

In this role, you'll serve as a key point of contact for customers, coordinate communication between clients and field technicians, maintain accurate records, and provide dispatch support when needed. Experience in the HBAC industry is preferred, but candidates with commercial plumbing or electrical industry experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Respond promptly to customer emails and service requests.
• Schedule and communicate start-up appointments with customers.
• Notify customers of technician arrival times and provide status updates as needed.
• Assist with dispatching technicians and adjusting schedules to meet project demands.
• File completed start-up reports to the appropriate SharePoint folders.

Qualifications:

• HVAC experience preferred; commercial plumbing or electrical industry will also be considered.
• Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, construction administration or office support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, and computer-based scheduling or service management software.
