Electrical Project Manager (Mission Critical) – Dallas, TX

Elite Executive Solutions is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee mission-critical and data center electrical construction projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

This opportunity is ideal for a results-oriented construction professional who enjoys leading teams, managing complex projects, and delivering exceptional client experiences from project kickoff through closeout.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of mission-critical electrical construction projects.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Coordinate procurement, subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Partner with Superintendents and field leadership to ensure successful execution.
• Monitor project financial performance and maintain profitability.
• Build strong relationships with owners, general contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve project challenges proactively.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Mission-critical, data center, or commercial construction experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
