Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse – Long-Term Care
Location: Wakefield, NE
Type: Contract (8 Weeks)
Shift & Schedule: Nights | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours Per Week
Pay: $35/hr - $39/hr (Based on Experience)
(Travellers and Local candidates both are accepted)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced LPN for night shifts in a long-term care setting. Weekend availability is required.
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to Long-Term Care residents.
Administer medications and treatments.
Complete resident assessments and monitor patient conditions.
Document resident care using PointClickCare (PCC).
Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary staff.
Ensure resident safety and comfort.
Required Qualifications
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License.
Strong clinical and communication skills.
Weekend availability required.
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
Long-Term Care (LTC) experience.
Experience with PointClickCare (PCC).
Willingness to work overtime based on staffing needs.
