Join our team of amazing individuals today!Shifts Available: Day, Evening, NOCPay Range: $38-$43 DOEFT & PRN Positions Available!Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Duties and Responsibilities:Provide nursing care to patients on assigned unit administer and record medications/treatments as orderedComplete nursing assessments, evaluations, progress notes, and alert charting as necessaryEducates and provides health care instructions to residents/families as necessaryCollaborates with other team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care and other patient activitiesAssists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients as necessaryCommunicate with Providers and nurse management regarding patients' condition, changes, medications, vitals, etc.Provide direct care to residents as neededDirect unit staff as necessaryReport to direct supervisor (Unit Nurse Manager) all resident and staff issues/concerns as neededLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications and Skills: Current and Valid LPN licenseMultistate licenses must be accompanied by the 6-Hour Suicide Prevention CertificateExcellent interpersonal skillsFast and adaptive problem-solving abilitiesIn-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulationsFirst aid and CPR certificationsBenefits:Health/Dental/Vision insurance401KPaid Time OffTuition assistance and continued education
