Our commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction sets us apart and drives our success.Join our team and become part of a company that values your skills, knowledge, and contribution. Essential Job Functions:Measure and cut metal components using manual or automated toolsWeld components using appropriate welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick) to meet quality standardsConduct inspections to ensure welded joints are structurally sound and meet specificationsFabricate metal structures, equipment, and components according to project requirementsCollaborate with other team members to complete projects within deadlinesMaintain welding equipment and tools in good working conditionAdhere to safety procedures and regulations at all timesOccasional travel to our headquarters in Swartz Creek, Michigan for trainings  Qualifications:Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and welding symbolsStrong knowledge of welding techniques, equipment, and materialsAbility to perform various welding processes (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick) with precisionSkilled in using hand and power tools for cutting, grinding, and shaping metalExcellent attention to detail and quality craftsmanshipAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and problem-solving skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in welding is preferredValid welding certification(s) is a plus What we offer:Competitive compensation100% company paid health insurance for employee and dependents 100% company paid dental and vision for employee and dependents 401k with 3% company matchOvertime after 8 hoursPTO And much more!
