Job Description

Forklift Positions

Findlay Ohio

1st Shift: 6 am - 2:30 pm $18/hr

Mid Shift: 10 am - 10:30 pm $ 18/hr

We're looking for experienced Forklift Operators to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. If you're dependable, safety-focused, and enjoy staying active, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently
Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the warehouse
Complete daily forklift inspections and safety checklists
Follow OSHA safety guidelines and company procedures
Maintain accurate inventory and material movement records
Keep work areas clean and organized using a "clean as you go" approach
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Assist with warehouse operations while meeting productivity goals

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of forklift experience in a fast-paced warehouse
At least 2 years of warehouse experience
Ability to lift up to 55 pounds throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to multitask and work in a production-driven environment
Forklift certification is a plus (or ability to obtain certification)
