In this role, you will interpret customer specifications and drawings, develop and update work instructions, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, support quality initiatives, and collaborate closely with production, quality, and engineering teams. You will also play a key role in process improvement efforts, Lean manufacturing activities, employee training, and ensuring products are built to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.Qualifications & What We're Looking ForCandidates should have two years of technical education or equivalent work experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while managing multiple priorities. Successful applicants will be proficient with Microsoft Office applications, capable of interpreting technical drawings and specifications, and comfortable working directly with production personnel to develop and improve manufacturing processes.
