Welder

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in the Russellville, AR area. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal structures and components, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. • Perform welding operations on various metal materials using MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately.
• Inspect and assess welded joints for quality and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and within deadlines.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance welding skills and knowledge.

• Proven experience as a welder in a manufacturing or construction setting.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform welding tasks.
• Ability to pass a weld test.

You should be proficient in:

• OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
• Welding Setups for Production
• Blueprint Reading
