Job Summary:
Vivo Healthcare Normandy is seeking a talented Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team! As a key member of our rehabilitation department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, evaluations, care planning, and administering treatments as prescribed by a licensed physician.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient evaluations, care planning, and treatment administration as prescribed by a licensed physician

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and prevent disability

• Assist patients in reaching their maximum performance and level of functioning while learning to live within their capabilities

• Ensure accurate and timely patient charges

• Coordinate, delegate, and supervise responsibilities assigned to support staff

• Participate in operational aspects of the department, contributing to performance improvement and CQI activities

• Participate in all infection control, departmental equipment training, organizational safety, and fire safety programs
