Certified Nurse Aide
The Sisters of Mercy of the Americas
Full-time - Three 12 hours shifts (36 hours), per week. Includes every other weekend. Day shift 7am- 7pm. Sign on Bonus.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care and ensure comfort, safety, and dignity at all times.
Assist with daily living activities and monitor health status under supervision.
Document patient observations accurately in medical records and care plans.
Follow infection control practices and maintain a clean, safe care environment.
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to regulatory compliance.
Support medication reminders and report any adverse reactions to supervisors.
Collaborate with nursing team to meet patient care targets and improve outcomes.
Engage in ongoing learning to advance skills and pursue professional growth.
Utilize performance metrics to track progress and achieve quality care targets.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
Assist with care handoffs and ensure continuity of care across shifts.
Experience/Qualifications
Certified Nurse Aide license or certification from a recognized program.
Provide direct patient care and ensure comfort, safety, and dignity at all times.

Accurate documentation of patient observations in medical records.
Adhere to infection control practices and maintain a clean, safe environment.
