NEW Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide essential daily care to residents in a long-term care facility. You will assist with personal care, mobility, and basic health monitoring under the supervision of nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, and feeding
• Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
• Help residents with mobility and physical therapy exercises
• Monitor residents’ condition and report any changes to the nurse on duty
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of patient areas
• Provide companionship and emotional support

Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts CNA certification
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
• High school diploma or GED
• 6+ months of experience in a long-term care or hospital setting preferred
• Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills
