We are offering a great opportunity for an as needed Same Day Access (SDA) Clinician - PRN. This position was developed to meet SDA under the STEP-VA requirements.
Responsibilities
Serving as the initial point of contact for information and service requests for a wide range of mental health, substance use, and development disability services and programs. Completing screenings and assessments, providing clinical comprehensive assessments to determine needs and eligibility for services, make referrals to crisis intervention, crisis stabilization, community resources, or other appropriate level of services.
Requirements
- Masters degree in human services, psychology or related field.
Must be registered with the Virginia Department of Health Professions with current LMHP or LMHP-E licensure status.
- One (1) year of position related experience in providing case management services, community outreach, and assessment experience in a mental health setting with SMI population.
- Valid Drivers License with a point balance of -6 or higher.
Preferred:
- Three (3) years of position related experience in providing case management services and community outreach in a mental health setting with SMI population.
- Hours vary and are as needed.
PRN (As Needed) Position:This is an as-needed role with no guaranteed minimum hours. Work schedules will vary based on operational needs.
Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry report will be required upon selection.Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.
Hourly Rate Range
Grade H-C9.
$33.44 $37.62
