Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Night Shift Full Time

Responsibilities:Patient Care: Assist in the implementation of resident care plans and provide basic medical care, such as dressing wounds and taking vital signs.Medication Administration: Administer medications and monitor for side effects.Support RN: Assist RNs in carrying out care plans and follow their directives.Resident Observation: Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the RN or physician.Documentation: Record patient information and updates accurately in medical charts.Supportive Tasks: Assist with resident mobility and personal care activities as needed. Qualifications:Active LPN license in the applicable state.Experience in a geriatric care setting is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Job Specifics: Night Shift Position 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM$3,000 SIGN ON BONUS FULL TIME ONLYBONUS WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE FOR FULL TIME EXPLOYEES & NEW HIRES!
