Come work with us!Responsibilities:Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' functional abilities, daily living skills, and rehabilitation needs in their home environment.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address each patient's specific goals and challenges.Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive functioning, and adaptive techniques for daily activities.Educate patients and their families on strategies to promote independence, safety, and optimal functioning at home.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.Stay informed about the latest developments in occupational therapy and home health care practices.Qualifications:Experience in Home Health TherapyBachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school.CPR2 step TB testCurrent state licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist.Preferred working knowledge of HCHB
