This position offers the opportunity to provide individualized therapy services within a collaborative skilled nursing environment.What You'll Do:Complete speech and swallowing evaluations for residents with communication or dysphagia needsProvide therapy focused on speech, cognition, language, and swallowing functionEducate residents, caregivers, and staff on therapy recommendations and safety strategiesWork closely with PT, OT, nursing, and physicians to support resident goalsComplete timely and compliant documentationQualifications:Active SLP license requiredSkilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferredStrong clinical and interpersonal skillsDirect Hire.
