Lead Installer
Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We are seeking a motivated lead installer that will take ownership of every installation and has a high bar for quality. This person will help coach and build the team around them. Initially focused on driving their own installs, this role has growth potential to becoming an installation manager.

Job Responsibilities
Lead installers are responsible for the installation of products in a safe and efficient manner, with a high bar for quality. This individual must enjoy mentoring others and building a team. We are a customer service oriented business, and this role must be able to communicate with the customer. Lead installers should display a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating in a friendly and professional manner. Additionally, this role requires a drivers license and the ability to operate company vehicles.

Benefits

• Listed pay of $27.50/hour, with commission recommended to make more.
• Direct career track to Installation Manager with a pay increase.  
• Eligible for vacation and off on holidays.
• Monday through Friday, no weekends, no required overtime. 
• Tools and equipment are provided.

Responsibilities

• Install custom closets and cabinets at customer homes.
• Build and coach the installation team.
• Take direction and deliver on expectations.
• Follow basic drawings and install quality finished products.
• Use hand and power tools safely.
• Measure, cut, and fit materials.
• Keep job sites clean and organized during and after installation.

Job Requirements

• Customer oriented, friendly and enthusiastic.
• Reliable, punctual with good work ethic.
• Possess and maintain current driver’s license.
• Good driving record.
• Closet, garage, office installation experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong personal organization skills.
