Aventura at Prospect is now hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for all shifts! We welcome new graduates and walk-in applicants to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.As an LPN, you will provide direct nursing care to our residents, collaborate with an outstanding interdisciplinary team, and help ensure every resident receives compassionate, high-quality care in a safe and supportive environment.Available Shifts7:00 AM – 3:00 PM ( Part-Time)
3:00 PM-11:00 PM (Part-Time)
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Part-Time)

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Minimum of 6 months of long-term care experience
Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to providing exceptional care
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain accurate documentation and protect confidential information
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document residents' health status, including vital signs and treatment responses
Assist with developing and implementing individualized care plans
Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, catheter care, and assistance with activities of daily living
Collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals
Educate residents and families regarding care plans and health management
Ensure compliance with all facility policies and regulatory standards
Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in resident condition
Assist with training and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
