Our commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction sets us apart and drives our success.Join our team and become part of a company that values your skills, knowledge, and contribution.Essential Job Functions:Interpret and analyze blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials according to precise specifications.Install structures, fixtures, and fittings, such as windows, doors, cabinets, stairs, and furniture.Construct building frameworks, including walls, floors, and roofs.Repair or replace damaged or worn-out structures.Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other tradespeople to ensure smooth project execution.Operate and maintain hand and power tools safely and efficiently.Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.Preferred Qualifications:2+ years' experience in an industrial setting. Proficient knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools.Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements accurately.Strong attention to detail and precision.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.Physical stamina and strength to handle demanding tasks and lift heavy materials.Effective communication and teamwork abilities.High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification or apprenticeship is a plus.What we offer:Competitive compensation100% company paid health insurance for employee and dependents (ASR/HAP)100% company paid dental and vision for employee and dependents (Kansas City Life)401k with 3% company matchOvertime after 8 hoursPTO And much more!
