When you work for Grand Oaks of Okeechobee assisted living communities, you will not only make a positive difference in someone's life, but you will also make a positive difference in your ownWhat You'll DoCoordinates assistance to the Residents in a manner that meets or exceeds community expectations.Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to Resident's needs.Assist Residents with Activities of Daily Living.Comply with facility policies and proceduresSupervise and provide assistance (or reminders) with activities of daily living (ADL's). Assist resident in mobility and transfers.Document care provided, noting unusual or significant changes in physical, mental or behavioral conditions and report changes to supervisor immediately.Assists Residents with medication administration, assistance with Self-Administration of medication, and document administrations on the MOR as directed by the Nurse Manager. Report any miss-administration or refusals promptly to the Nurse Manager.Encourage Residents to participate in residence activities and social programs. Encourages independence to Residents.
