Job Summary:
At Parkhouse Nursing and Rehab Center, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. Responsibilities:
Assist occupational therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to promote resident rehabilitation and recovery
Conduct occupational therapy interventions, including exercises, activities, and strategies to improve daily living skills, mobility, and cognitive function
Use specialized equipment and assistive technology to enhance resident outcomes
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support
Maintain accurate and timely records of resident treatment progress and outcomes
Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and discharge planning

Minimum Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
