As a LPN/RN at Linwood Village Nursing, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and compassion to our residents. Our nursing team is committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care, and we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nurse to join team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to our residents according to their individualized care plans, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure a warm and welcoming environment

• Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, treatment, and progress

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care and services

Requirements:

• Current LPN/RN license in the state of Oklahoma

• Previous experience in a long-term care or post-acute care setting preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
