What You'll Do
- Help homeowners and contractors choose the right paint and supplies
- Mix and tint paint accurately
- Recommend products based on project needs
- Keep the department organized, stocked, and inviting
- Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service
- Support sales by sharing your product knowledge and expertise
- Knows paint products, finishes, and applications
- Is accurate, organized, and detail-oriented
- Communicates confidently with both DIY customers and professional contractors
- Enjoys helping customers solve problems
- Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- 2+ years of paint sales or paint department experience
- Experience with paint mixing and tinting systems
- Knowledge of the home improvement industry preferred
- Comfortable using POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Weekend availability required
