You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's speech, receptive and expressive language, feeding and swallowing needs through:Providing individualized therapyImplementing therapeutic approaches such as Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding, Get Permission Approach, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), and Intentional Relationship Model (IRM)Collaborating daily with occupational and physical therapists, and social workersDocumenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of careCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive Hourly Rate: $35-40/hourCompetitive Paid Time OffGenerous 401k Retirement Plan with employer contributionsSchedule & LocationSchedule: Part-Time Monday - Friday 3:30pm-6:30pm and/or Saturday 9am-2:30pm (10-28 hours/week)Location: 1409 W.
