The Club at Las Campanas is seeking a skilled Pantry Cook to oversee our cold station and prepare high-quality salads, cold appetizers, desserts, and pantry items for our members and guests. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated culinary professional who takes pride in presentation, works with urgency, and enjoys creating exceptional dining experiences.

If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, have strong plating skills, and can independently manage your station, we'd love to meet you.

Schedule

• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Wednesday – Saturday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Independently operate and manage the pantry/cold station during prep and service.
• Prepare fresh salads, cold appetizers, desserts, dressings, and other pantry items according to recipes and Club standards.
• Execute beautiful, consistent plating with exceptional attention to detail.
• Read and accurately prepare tickets, including special dietary requests and modifications.
• Maintain station organization, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Monitor inventory, maintain proper par levels, and communicate product needs.
• Assist with food preparation and support other kitchen stations as needed.
• Set up and break down your station while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of culinary experience in a restaurant, resort, hotel, or private club.
• Experience working pantry, garde manger, or cold station preferred.
• Ability to run a station independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask during busy service.
• Creative mindset with a passion for producing attractive salads and cold appetizers.
• Excellent plating and food presentation skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend English to accurately prepare tickets and special requests.
• Basic knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety.
• Team player with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
