Wellness Coordinator - Part-time

We are currently looking for Speech-Language Pathologists who want to work with a leadership team that understands, prioritizes, and advocates for your professional perspective.

This position is split between two facilities - Asbury Heights in Pittsburgh, PA and Seneca Place in Verona, PA

Wellness Coordinator Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Nursing, Gerontology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in wellness, health promotion, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in senior living or healthcare settings

• Licensure/Certification: Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Wellness Practitioner, Licensed Nurse) are preferred

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of senior health and wellness issues, regulatory requirements, and best practices in wellness programming

• Program Development: Design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive wellness programs that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being for residents

• Leadership and Oversight: Lead wellness teams across communities, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high-quality service delivery
