This candidate has proven expertise in mechanical or fluid systems, project management, and troubleshooting complex challenges. DTB is looking for a strong communicator with a track record of building lasting customer relationships and driving efficiency in fast-paced environments.Budget and Risk ManagementMechanical or Fluid systems ExpertiseMulti-task and manage numerous projects at the same timeStrong critical thinking skills to efficiently plan and direct large-scale projects, as well as mitigate risksTroubleshooting problems creatively and thinking outside the boxExcellent verbal communication skills required for customer correspondence and working with peersBuild and maintain long lasting relationships with customersPromote continuous improvement and be process driven The ideal candidate will need to be successful in this position:Required Qualifications:4 yr. bachelor's degree in either Mechanical, Fluids, Process, Manufacturing, or Systems Engineering REQUIRED5+ years- experience in an engineering position in a similar field REQUIREDAbility to obtain Secret clearanceUS Citizenship is required Preferred Qualifications:Project management experience on large-scale programs preferredExperience in Mechanical/Fluid/Systems testing a plusEngineering design (Inventor, AutoCAD, etc.) experience a plusMS Project experience a plusAbility to work overtime to meet deadlines, including nights and weekends, as necessaryMotivated to learn new challengesStrong attention to detailClear verbal and written communication skillsAs a Dayton T.
