A Day in the Shop

Clock in at 6:00 AM and step into a bright, recently expanded facility where custom industrial equipment takes shape. You’ll pull up the day’s drawings, tack assemblies, and move from precise MIG beads to clean TIG work on stainless—verifying fit, squareness, and finish as you go. By early afternoon, you’ll have turned raw steel into production-ready assemblies that meet exacting specs, with the option to stay for overtime if you want the extra hours.

Role Highlights

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel and stainless steel components
• Interpret and work from blueprints and weld symbols
• Fabricate and assemble custom industrial equipment from start to finish
• Conduct in-process inspections to confirm tolerances and quality standards

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $23.00–$28.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Hours: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
• Overtime: Voluntary overtime available

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of hands-on MIG welding experience
• TIG capability preferred (stainless experience a plus)
• Ability to read blueprints/weld drawings and follow weld symbols
• Keen attention to detail and finished quality
• Background in fabrication or industrial manufacturing preferred
