Forklift Operator — Reach Truck & Order Picker

We are hiring experienced, safety-focused Forklift Operators for a high-volume distribution and warehouse operation on USA Parkway. These are skilled equipment positions for candidates who already have recent hands-on Reach Truck and Order Picker experience.

Multiple forklift assignments are available, including Inbound, Cycle Count, and Replenishment. Placement will be based on your experience and operational needs.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $22.00/hour

• Pay Frequency: Weekly — every Friday

• Shift: Monday – Friday

• Hours: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

• Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

• Location: USA Parkway / McCarran, NV

Available Forklift Positions

Inbound Forklift Driver

• Operate Reach Trucks and Order Pickers

• Unload trailers and containers

• Receive, move, stage, and put away inbound inventory

• Verify counts against receiving documentation

• Place products into designated rack locations at various heights

• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems

• Complete required equipment inspections

• Report equipment or safety concerns

• Follow established warehouse and equipment safety procedures

Cycle Count Forklift Driver

• Perform scheduled cycle counts and inventory audits

• Research and identify inventory discrepancies

• Assist with inventory reconciliation

• Maintain accurate inventory records

• Verify product locations and quantities

• Coordinate with inventory control and warehouse operations teams

Previous cycle counting or inventory control experience is required for this assignment.

Replenishment Forklift Driver

• Replenish primary pick locations from reserve storage

• Move and let down pallets from various rack heights

• Monitor product levels in active pick locations

• Prioritize replenishment needs to prevent picking delays

• Move inventory safely throughout the facility

• Maintain accurate product locations within the warehouse management system

• Coordinate with picking and operations teams to support workflow

Required Experience

• Minimum 1 year of recent Reach Truck experience

• Minimum 1 year of recent Order Picker experience

• Ability to safely operate equipment in a high-volume warehouse

• Ability to work at elevated rack heights

• Strong attention to detail

• Safety-focused work habits

• Reliable transportation to USA Parkway

• Dependable attendance

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Experience

• High-volume distribution or fulfillment center experience

• RF scanner experience

• Warehouse Management System experience

• Inventory control or cycle count experience
