PRN NOC LPN/RN – Long-Term Care Job DescriptionPosition TitlePRN NOC Shift LPN/RN (Licensed Practical Nurse / Registered Nurse)Position SummaryThe PRN NOC Shift LPN/RN provides skilled nursing care to residents during overnight hours in a long-term care facility. This position is responsible for assessing residents, administering medications and treatments, monitoring changes in condition, responding to emergencies, and ensuring resident safety and comfort throughout the night shift.
