LPN On-Call

Our new 12-hour shift enhances work-life balance and provides scheduling consistency, and we currently have openings on our days and night shifts. Mennonite Village is a not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community that has proudly served the Mid-Willamette Valley for over 78 years. Our 42-bed community provides 24-hour post-operative, short-term, and long-term care services in a supportive, team-oriented environment.  What You'll Do Contribute to the TeamProvide accurate medication administration, ensure timely completion of treatments, and uphold all regulatory standards.Provide direct resident care within LPN scope of practice.Maintain real-time awareness of resident condition. Document and CommunicateParticipate in resident admissions, discharges, and transfers ensuring smooth transitions. Monitors call-light response performance and intervenes to maintain prompt resident support. Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to support residents' physical, emotional, and psychosocial well-being. Grow and DevelopContribute to ongoing enhancement of resident care and services. Participate in training, competencies, and continued education.What We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsPossess a current, valid, and unencumbered LPN license in the state of Oregon. A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (long-term care preferred).Current CPR certification. What Will Set You ApartStrong clinical judgment and critical thinkingAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
