Assistant Supervisor – Food Production – Cincinnati, OHPay: Starting at $23/hr DOEJob Summary:Snowfox is seeking a motivated bilingual (Spanish/English) Assistant Supervisor to support daily food production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role assists with supervising production staff, ensuring food safety and quality standards are met, maintaining productivity, and supporting the Production Supervisor with daily operations.Responsibilities:Assist with supervising and leading production team members.Monitor daily production, attendance, and workflow.Ensure food safety, GMP, HACCP, and sanitation standards are followed.Train and coach employees on company procedures and safety practices.Help maintain production goals, quality standards, and efficiency.Complete production reports and communicate operational updates.Assist with inventory control and minimizing product waste.Support staffing needs and work collaboratively with other departments.Qualifications:Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and able to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking employees.2+ years of supervisory or lead experience in food production or manufacturing preferred.Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and food safety regulations.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work in a cold production environment.Must be available to work overtime, weekends, and flexible shifts as needed.
