Employment Type: Part to Full-Time Contractor
Schedule: Monday–Friday | School-Based Hours

  • Pre-K - Kindergarten 20020 = 4 days a week
  • 2nd - 8th grade 20019 = 26 hours a week (roughly)
  • Pre-K- 1st grade 20032 = 25 hours a week

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality therapy services within Washington DC schools. This is a great opportunity for an SLP who wants the consistency of a school schedule while enjoying the flexibility and autonomy of a contractor role.

As part of our school-based therapy team, you will collaborate with educators, families, and school staff to support students in developing the skills needed to participate, learn, and thrive in the classroom and beyond.

Compensation

???? $80-$90 per session (Contractor Rate) & $350/Evaluations

Speech Therapist Responsibilities
  • Provide speech therapy evaluations, assessments, and treatment services for students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to promote student success
  • Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with school and professional standards
  • Participate as part of a multidisciplinary team supporting student outcomes
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Active Washington DC Speech Therapy license
  • Experience working with children preferred
  • School-based experience preferred but not required
