What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist at Living Gracefully, you’ll play a vital role in improving the health and well-being of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing patients’ physical conditions and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Guiding patients through therapeutic exercises and treatments to aid recovery and improve mobility.
• Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educating patients and their families on techniques to support recovery and maintain physical health.
• Collaborating with a team of dedicated professionals to provide exceptional care.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should bring the following:

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Qualifications: Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Arizona.
• Passion: A genuine desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals.
