PRN 1099 Speech-Language Pathologist - Glendale ClinicArbor Therapy is seeking a PRN 1099 Speech-Language Pathologist to support our Glendale clinic team! In this flexible contractor role, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based speech and language services to children and young adults with a variety of communication, feeding, and developmental needs. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced therapists dedicated to improving outcomes for the children and families we serve.Whether you're looking to supplement your current caseload, increase your evaluation opportunities, or provide additional therapy services on a flexible basis, Arbor Therapy offers meaningful opportunities to make a difference in your community.RequirementsMaster's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programCurrent Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license in good standingCertificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) through ASHA preferredMinimum of 2 years of pediatric clinical experience as a Speech-Language PathologistValid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain prior to start dateArticle 9 Certification or ability to obtain prior to start dateCurrent CPR Certification or ability to obtain prior to start dateCurrent professional liability (malpractice) insurance meeting Arbor Therapy requirementsAbility to independently evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for pediatric clientsExperience providing speech-language therapy services to children with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, speech sound disorders, language disorders, and related diagnosesExperience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) assessment and intervention preferredBilingual English/Spanish skills are a plusExcellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skillsAbility to work collaboratively with families, caregivers, physicians, educators, and interdisciplinary team membersAbility to maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with company, state, payer, and regulatory requirementsReliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinic locations, if applicableAbility to pass all required background checks and credentialing requirementsIndependent Contractor RequirementsMust maintain own professional liability insurance.Responsible for maintaining all required professional licenses, certifications, and continuing education requirements.Must be eligible to work as an independent contractor under applicable state and federal regulations.Ability to provide services during clinic hours based on client demand and contractor availability.
