Inspired Homecare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our team on a PRN basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in patients. As a PRN Speech Therapist, you will have the flexibility work schedule, providing essential services to our patients while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine patients' speech and language needs.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals.Provide therapy to improve communication skills, including articulation, fluency, and voice quality.Educate patients about speech and language disorders and treatment options.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.Stay updated with the latest research and techniques in speech therapy.Requirements:Licensed as a Speech TherapistMinimum 1 year home health experience2 step TB testCPR CertificationValid Drivers License and Auto Insurance
