Babysitter Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I am looking for a nanny, who will work alongside me during weekday late afternoons and evenings, to care after my five children. Currently, my husband is on a US military deployment and I need additional support. I need assistance with scheduled after-school activities for my older 3 daughters, occassional homework, dinnertime and helping me to stay on-time with our nighttime routine. Preference: Someone who could help out with light housekeeping (needed sweeping, vacuuming, etc.), has their own car, will take care of short distance errands for me when needed, one who does not smoke and is CPR certified.
