Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

2 days per week preferably Mondays and Fridays (but I'm open to using two separate nannies if needed, one for each day so if you can do at least one of the days, please reach out). I am looking for someone to guide the older 3 through their daily routines (including chores, schoolwork, playtime and lunch) and take care of the baby while he's awake (he currently still takes two 2hr naps. I have a schedule you can use as a guide, but it's not the end of the world if it's not strictly followed. I am looking for a nanny because I work from home but I need some solid hours that I can count on as trying to do certain tasks while getting interrupted isn't working so well :)
