Nanny Needed For My Children - Full-time / Part-time

Looking for a weekend babysitter a few times a month, 3-6 hours depending on what is needed for us to finish house projects and/or date night. Our Winnie is very shy at first but once she comes around she's silly! Likes reading, playing, nursery rhymes, and listening to music. Currently learning about gentle hands with pets and parents. Already walking but still falls occasionally. Eats a variety of solids but kind of fussy; LOVES snacks. Babbles, but no consistent talking quite yet. Ideal candidate would be versed in Montessori teaching styles, like to sing and be silly, and while she's not quite ready yet, love arts and crafts!
