Babysitter Needed

My husband is a firefighter, so we only need childcare on the days when we are both scheduled to work. Our son is 2 months old, and we're looking for a caregiver who can provide a safe, consistent, and nurturing environment with age-appropriate play, tummy time, and developmental stimulation throughout the day. The typical schedule would be from 6:30 a.m. until around 3:00 p.m. However, my arrival time may vary slightly depending on traffic, so some flexibility with the end time is appreciated. We would also appreciate someone who can let our dog outside if needed while caring for our son.
