Babysitter Needed

Hi there, We are looking for someone to come for a few hrs a day (M-F) to help with organizing the house, starting dinner, do laundry, maintain the kitchen and main living room, and occasional child care. We have four younger kids (3, 5, 7, 9) that we occasionally need child care for, as well as being driven to appts.. There are 9 of us in the house, so a lot of help with laundry. Just moved to the area so we will also need help organizing while we get everything unpacked. We are looking for someone that takes initiative and is comfortable making decisions about cooking and cleaning if we are unavailable.
