Childcare Needed - Now Hiring

I have a 1-year-old and a new born. I am looking for some help while at home especially in this newborn stage. We have a busy life and so I live by a schedule, I can be flexible with dates and times if I am given notice. Both my daughters are wonderful and love being outside and are good independent players. We do have a Shepard dog who is great with the kids and we have gates etc. but someone who is not afraid of dogs and is comfortable with a dog lick to the face every once and a while is needed.
