Job Details

• Position: Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP)
• Location: Colorado
• Schedule: Days, Monday through Thursday, 4x10-hour shifts; or Monday to Friday, 4x9-hour shifts and 1x4-hour shift, every other week, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current Colorado Physical Therapist license, recent relevant outpatient or inpatient therapy experience, Bachelors or Masters of Science in Physical Therapy, BLS certification, excellent electronic medical record navigation skills, willingness to supervise PT assistants, minimum 1 year clinic experience, strong orthopedic skills, outpatient/acute care experience, experience with Cedaron/ APTA Connect and Meditech electronic medical record systems
• Additional Information: Outpatient care accounts for 80% of the role, inpatient for 20%. The position involves variable patient care responsibilities with potential for outpatient-only work, involvement in acute and swing bed settings, and may include float between outpatient and inpatient units. Outpatient experience and recent relevant practice are essential.
