Job Summary
Interventional Radiology Clinical Technician in Laguna Hills, California. This position involves supporting advanced interventional radiology procedures, various diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, and maintaining equipment within a healthcare organization. The role requires working in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment focused on adult and geriatric patient care.
Job Details
- Schedule: 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts, from 07:00 to 17:30, with on-call responsibilities including one day per week and every third weekend in rotation.
- Required Qualifications: Certifications include ACLS, ARRT(R), BLS, Fluoro Permit, and RCIS. Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience, including in diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures, cath lab environments, and related skills. Must have California license in hand and attach Nursys documentation pulled within the past two weeks.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electrophysiology (EP) labs, complex vascular procedures, and advanced imaging techniques such as 3D imaging and optical coherence tomography (OCT).
- Additional Information: The role entails maintaining and operating sophisticated imaging and procedural equipment, performing invasive procedures such as stent placements, embolizations, and pacemaker insertions, as well as supporting multidisciplinary teams in a high-acuity setting. Candidates may float based on census needs.
