Acute Care Hospital Physical Therapist
1st time traveler accepted
1 year of experience in acute care required.
BLS, state license, and Epic experience required.
Acute care experience required; rehabilitation hospital work setting experience preferred.
Shifts: M, W, F 8:00-4:30 and Tues, Thurs 9:00-5:30
This position is primarily outpatient PT but may have to help out/cover acute care and inpatient rehab on occasion.
70 mile radius rule
Weekend on call rotation every 7 weeks for coverage when needed.
Holidays are rotated, Christmas Day coverage may be required.
Travelers MUST shave for a mask to seal for Fit Testing. CAPRs and PAPRs are not provided and SSM will not allow travelers to use their own PAPRs or CAPRs at their facilities; there are no exceptions. Failure to shave for FIT testing will result in a cancel.
Attire: Caribbean blue or khakis/lab coat
Shift Information: Day (5x8 Hours) 8:00 16:30
