Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP) to support a Pre-K through 12th grade caseload at a School District in Bronson, Florida for the 2026-2027 School Year. This opportunity is ideal for a school-based SLP who values interdisciplinary collaboration, structured support, and the ability to directly impact students’ communication development within an educational setting.

  • Contract Type: W2
  • Setting: Pre K -12th Grade
  • Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
  • Start Date: As soon as Compliant to start
  • End Date: 2026-2027 School Year
  • Work Arrangement: In Person
  • Compensation is customized based on experience, credentials, and travel eligibility and will be discussed prior to district submission.

    Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based Responsibilities

    • Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments
    • Complete Medicaid billing (if applicable)
    • Maintain therapy schedules and service logs
    • Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings
    • Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs
    • Provide direct therapy services (individual and group)
    • Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication
    • Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring
    • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
    • Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Comparable
  • Active FL DOH SLP License
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF) considered
  • School Based experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist is preferred
  • Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation
