Physical Therapist (PT)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | No weekends, no holidays | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat a variety of outpatient cases across the department
- Document patient care and progress using EPIC electronic health records
- Begin seeing patients within the first few days following departmental orientation
- Adhere to facility dress code requirements (business casual attire)
- Badge in and out of the facility per required protocols
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Minnesota
- Current CPR certification
- Proficiency or ability to learn EPIC electronic health records system
- Previous experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to quickly acclimate to a new department and begin patient care with minimal ramp-up time
- Consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements
- Structured first-week orientation to support a smooth transition into the role
