Amergis Healthcare is actively looking for a Home Health Physical Therapist that would be interested in a 13 Week, full-time contract opportunity at an clinic in Mount Vernon, IL. Additional details of the contract are below:
Position: Physical Therapist - Home Health
Location: Mount Vernon, IL
Pay Rate (Local): $60/hr
Total Travel Package: $2,646.00/week
*Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for travel package*
- Taxable Wages = $1,400.00/week
- Weekly Housing Allowance = $770.00/week
- Weekly Meals & Incidentals Allowance = $476.00/week
Estimated Weekly Take Home after taxes= $2,296.00/ week
Schedule:
- 8 hour days ; M- F
- 8 AM - 4:30 PM
- mileage reimbursement for all visits
- Coverage Areas: White, Hamilton, Franklin, Saline
- 13 weeks (extension likely)
Requirements:
- 2+ year of experience as Physical Therapist
- Provide home Physical Therapy evaluations, and education to home health patients. Over see creating plans of care for PTAs
- Limited to no requested time off
- IL PT License
- home health experience
- oasis experience preferred
- HCHB experience preferred
- ASAP Start
